Flag Frenzy Football Camp

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which Flag Frenzy Football Ltd provides Flag Frenzy Football Camp services to parents, guardians and participating children.

When a parent or guardian completes a camp booking, they agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the relevant camp policies that form part of our arrangements for safe and effective camp delivery.

About Us

Flag Frenzy Football Camp is operated by Flag Frenzy Football Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

Eligibility

Flag Frenzy Football Camp is intended for children within the age range stated for the relevant camp.

• Our standard camp age range is 7–15 years old, unless a particular camp is advertised differently.
• A booking for a child must be made by a parent, guardian or other adult who has authority to make the booking and provide the necessary information about the child.
• Children must meet any age or other eligibility requirements stated for the particular camp or activity booked.
• Participation may also depend on whether we can safely and reasonably meet any relevant medical, support or additional needs.

Register Your Interest

We may use a Register Interest form before registration or bookings for a particular camp are opened.

Registering interest allows you to tell us that you may be interested in a future camp and enables us to contact you with relevant information.

A separate registration and booking process must be completed when places are made available.

Registration & Booking

When bookings are open, the parent or guardian must complete the required registration process and provide the information requested for the child.

• Places are subject to availability and may be limited for staffing, safety or operational reasons.
• Completing a registration form alone does not necessarily mean that a place has been confirmed.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise, a booking is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and we have issued confirmation of the booking.
• If capacity is reached, we may operate a waiting list or invite families to consider another available date or option.

Parents and guardians should check the booking confirmation and contact us promptly if any important information appears to be incorrect.

Payment

Camp prices, available booking options, discounts and any applicable promotional offers will be displayed or communicated as part of the relevant camp registration and booking process.

We do not use this Terms & Conditions page to permanently set camp prices because prices and offers may differ between camps. The price shown when you make the relevant booking will apply to that booking, subject to any correction of an obvious error before the booking is accepted.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Flag Frenzy Football Ltd does not need to receive or store your full payment card details in order for Stripe to process the transaction.

• Payment must be completed in accordance with the payment instructions provided during registration.
• Where a discount or promotional offer has conditions attached, those conditions must be met for the discount to apply.
• We may correct an obvious pricing or discount error before accepting a booking and will contact you where this affects your proposed booking.

Information You Provide

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing information that is accurate and sufficiently complete for us to administer the booking and support the child safely.

The registration form may collect information including contact details, emergency contacts and relevant information about the child's medical conditions, allergies, medication, disabilities, SEND or additional support needs.

Parents and guardians should tell us promptly if relevant information changes before or during the camp period.

Refunds, Cancellations & Booking Changes

Cancellations, refunds, credits and requested changes to bookings are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy .

That policy explains the applicable cancellation windows, administration fee, credits, transfers, booking changes, medical-related cancellations and what happens if Flag Frenzy Football Camp cancels or changes a camp.

Changes to Camp Arrangements

Camp arrangements may occasionally need to change for operational, safety or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This could include reasonable changes to activity schedules, coaches, staffing arrangements, facilities or how particular activities are delivered.

If a significant change affects a booked service, we will communicate with affected parents or guardians and consider the appropriate options in the circumstances, including any rights available under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable consumer law.

Behaviour & Code of Conduct

Children are expected to follow reasonable instructions, treat other children and adults respectfully, use equipment appropriately and behave in a way that supports a safe and positive camp environment.

Bullying, discrimination, harassment, violence, serious aggression, deliberate unsafe behaviour or other serious or persistent misconduct may require intervention.

Our response will depend on the circumstances and may include discussion with the child, temporary removal from an activity, contacting a parent or guardian, or requiring the child to leave camp in serious or repeated cases.

Where removal from camp occurs, any refund or credit will be considered in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy .

Medical, Health & Inclusion

Parents and guardians should provide relevant medical, allergy, medication, disability, SEND and additional support information through the registration form.

We may contact you before camp where further information is required to understand a child's needs or determine whether appropriate arrangements can be made.

Standard camp attendance does not automatically include dedicated one-to-one support. Where a child has substantial or individual support needs, these should be discussed with us before attendance.

If a child becomes ill or injured during camp, we may provide or arrange an appropriate response, which may include first aid, stopping or adapting activity, contacting the parent or guardian, requesting collection or contacting emergency services.

Participation, Sport & Safety

Flag football and camp activities involve physical movement and, like other sports and physical activities, cannot be made completely free from the possibility of accidents or injury.

Flag Frenzy Football Camp will take reasonable steps to plan and deliver activities safely and will expect children to follow safety instructions and camp rules.

Activities may be adapted, paused or stopped where this is considered appropriate for safety, weather, participant welfare, facilities or other operational reasons.

Personal Belongings & Property

Children should avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to camp. Parents and guardians are encouraged to clearly label belongings where appropriate.

We will take reasonable care in the operation of the camp, but cannot guarantee that personal items brought to camp will not be lost, misplaced or damaged.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility where loss or damage results from something for which Flag Frenzy Football Ltd is legally responsible.

Our Responsibility

Flag Frenzy Football Ltd will provide camp services with reasonable care and skill and will take reasonable steps to support the safety and welfare of children attending camp.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any statutory rights or remedies that a consumer is entitled to under applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss or damage merely because an event occurred during camp. Responsibility will depend on the circumstances, including whether Flag Frenzy Football Ltd failed to exercise the care or meet the obligations legally required of it.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during camp for appropriate camp, promotional or communication purposes where the necessary permission has been obtained.

Parents and guardians can indicate the relevant photography or media choice through the registration process. A child's ability to attend camp does not depend on agreeing to promotional photography.

Where we rely on consent for identifiable promotional images, consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us. This may not always allow us to recall material that has already been lawfully published or distributed before withdrawal.

Privacy & Data Protection

Flag Frenzy Football Ltd processes personal information in connection with enquiries, Register Interest submissions, registration, bookings, payments, camp administration, safety and communication.

This can include information relating to a child, including relevant medical and health information provided through the registration form.

Payment transactions are processed through Stripe. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own applicable privacy and security arrangements.

Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared and protected, retention and data protection rights.

Website Use

Information on the Flag Frenzy Football and Flag Frenzy Football Camp websites is provided to help users understand our services, activities, policies and opportunities.

• Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems, forms or data.
• Users must not knowingly introduce malicious software or use the website in a way intended to disrupt or damage its operation.
• Website information may be updated as camp arrangements, services or policies change.

Where information relates to a particular booking, the information communicated or confirmed for that booking should also be checked carefully.

Intellectual Property

Flag Frenzy Football Ltd's branding, logos, original website content, written materials and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Content may be viewed and used for normal personal purposes connected with our services, but it must not be copied, republished, commercially exploited or presented as someone else's material without appropriate permission, unless the law permits that use.

Third-party names, logos, images or other material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Concerns & Complaints

If you have a concern about a booking, camp service or another matter connected with Flag Frenzy Football Camp, please contact us with enough information for us to understand and consider the issue.

We aim to deal with concerns fairly and as promptly as reasonably possible. More complex matters may require additional time to investigate or obtain relevant information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove any rights a consumer may have regarding where a dispute can lawfully be brought.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated where our services, booking arrangements, policies, guidance or legal requirements change.

The version that applies to a confirmed booking will normally be the version in effect when that booking was made, except where a later change must apply for legal, regulatory, safeguarding or safety reasons.

Significant changes that materially affect an existing booking will be communicated where appropriate.

Policy Review

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed in September 2026 and will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner where changes to camp arrangements, consumer requirements, legal obligations or experience indicate that an earlier review is appropriate.
