Flag Frenzy is for children aged 7–15. We group players by age and ability to ensure everyone has fun and stays safe.
Please bring water, comfortable sports clothing, trainers, and any necessary medical items (e.g. inhalers). We’ll provide the flag belts and equipment.
Sessions will go ahead in light rain. In severe weather, we’ll pause for safety or move to an alternative activity plan, and notify parents via the contact details provided at registration.
